Northumbrian Water Group (NWG) serve a population of 1.8 million in the south east of England providing water services as Essex & Suffolk Water, and 2.7 million people in the north east of England providing water and sewerage services as Northumbrian Water.

Our vision is to be the national leader in the provision of sustainable water and wastewater services.

We're passionate about water, it's what we do and we want to make sure that you're well informed about the service we provide.

The Have Your Say forum is an online platform which brings together a group of Northumbrian Water and Essex & Suffolk Water customers, just like you. It provides you with the opportunity to engage with each other, and also with us.
